Modern sleek design. Affordable. And it works. What more do u want?
My only small complaint is that it could be heavier so you wouldn't have to hold onto base to remove phone. But otherwise it's the best dock out there

Styilish and functional

Have it set up next to my bed. Before I would never find the charge cable or the phone would disappear under clutter. This dock is a much more elegant solution. I like it so much I bought a second one for my office.
Pros:
- short cable (good for my office desk, where it sits next to my monitor with USB hub)
- extension cable included (good for next to the bed)
- heavy enough to prevent the cable weight from moving it
- solid construction (so far)
- Gap between phone and base allows for listening of phone audio (i.e. speaker does not get covered/blocked)
Cons:
- if it was a bit heavier it would allow the phone to be pulled out without lifting up the dock. This is only minor for me.

Great Product

I like this dock so much I purchased another the next day for my office. The fit and finish are great. The connector fits an iPhone 4s perfectly. Some reviewers expressed concern for the lack of "weight"; (It tends to lift when you pull up on your phone). I agree, however, for it to stay on the surface while pulling up on the phone it would have to weigh a lot more, so much more that it would be impractical. I even did a test by adding a lead weight to the bottom surface; it helped but was still not enough to work on its own. If you want it to stay, Use Velcro to attach it to the surface. I think it releases fine as designed.
As for fiting with cases on the phone: I tried several cases and it fit with all of them.

1) Very well made
2) Fits the iPhone(4/4s)well (even with a case)
3) The short cord is a great feature
4) The extension is a great addition and shows good design for purpose
